The manager we have now, who keeps everyone informed, and the team that has been built.

That the team has gelled and everyone has each other's backs and supports and encourages each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To me, the company's environmental mandate and priorities are one of the best things about it. This is an organization that lives and breathes making the world a better place and has from the start. The products sold are designed to keep technology working longer and out of landfills longer!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team that is in place right now. I've never been of a mind that work is a place to have friends and socialize, it's about work. BUT, having a team that is supportive and positive, in an environment where you spend so many of your waking hours, is a great thing.
