What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that despite our continued global growth, we still maintain an almost family-like culture and that we have been able to maintain that. That level of investment and dedication is extremely unique and one of the primary differentiators between us and other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I have the ability to help push and drive the company to achieve even greater success. Having the autonomy to make the decisions that will bring that success to fruition for everyone is the thing I come to work for every day.
