Pacific Dental Services Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My annual wage is decent

Health dental care, 401k, vacation pay

Review from Customer Success Dept

Except for redoing prior dentists work for free and doing too many hygiene appts free, and too many didcounted crowns so so.

They match 401k and offer cheaper health coverage

Review from Customer Success Dept

quarterly bonuses, dental insurance coverage at supported practices

Our medical benefit has stayed fairly constant with a PPO plan.

The health benefits are great and the 401k matching.

I appreciate the discounted dental care

Having a 401k. Second best benefit: offering HSA.

I like that we have health insurance

Everything is great with the package.

salary, bonus and free dental

Review from Marketing Dept

I am paid very fairly

Review from Marketing Dept

Fair base and bonus based on stretch targets

Dental and Paid time off.

Compensation is competitive. Benefits are better than most companies. It's the perfect economic package.

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being let go because Jon Thorne didn't like me. Personally & because i pointed out his mistakes! HIPPPA? lol

Always understaffed and over worked. Rately get a lunch break

No dental benefits for root canals AT A DENTAL COMPANY? C'mon. Offer no dental insurance and if they have no specialist in your market, you're out of luck.

no guarantee of a lunch break and always working 10+ hours a day

Review from Customer Success Dept

To my understanding, there were several others hired the same time i was but i got paid and was offered less than they were. I did not get hired and interviewed for the job i actually applied for.

There are jobs that pay the same as I am that do not require a license of any kind or training. The cost of living, transportation, food etc has gone up and it gets hard to keep up w that and pay is ok but I believe it can be better.

I felt undervalued because of the fact that I was always compared to one of the other Assist I worked hard What is seem to always become unnoticed I stayed late it was still unnoticed

Review from Customer Success Dept

Your just a body and a number

Your opinion does not matter it is only what the C-Suite wants to do. The phone project is one of them.
