Except for redoing prior dentists work for free and doing too many hygiene appts free, and too many didcounted crowns so so.
They match 401k and offer cheaper health coverage

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone really gets along and we help each other.
For the most part most of my coworkers are quite lovely and fun to work with even during stressful times. They're the biggest reason I keep going. I enjoy that I can have fun with them and still get the job done.
We all help each other out. We are part of the leadership role
Some are okay and some are horrifying.
Collaboration here is sometimes effective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing in the whole building is the peds manager. Keep in mind im on GA side.
You are trauma bonded with your co-workers, doctors, assistants and front office staff.

Very productive and professional and the staff was very friendly

It was easy because I was a referral.
Met with the owner doctor and office manager; although was kept waiting for a long time and found out was lied to about the office logistics
