Delivery Guarantee
PacSun offers an on-time shipping guarantee. After processing and shipping, if your domestic order is not delivered within the specified delivery date as found on the shipping table, PacSun will refund the shipping cost.
The refund will be credited to the same method of payment that you used for the initial purchase.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO military addresses, and orders shipping internationally.
Military APO/FPO orders typically take 14-16 business days to be delivered but may take longer depending on destination.

Online Orders
Customers are charged at the time the order has shipped.
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax.
Afterpay customers are charged a first installment at the time the order is placed. The three remaining installments are due every two weeks.
Why was I charged twice?
Every payment method is initially authorized, not charged, when an online order is placed to be sure funds are available. This pending authorization will fall off your account automatically, usually within a couple of business days.
Some payment methods remove pending authorizations faster than others. Please contact your payment provider for more information.

You can return in-store purchases to any PacSun store within 30 days. You cannot return in-store purchases via mail.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AGREEMENT:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PacSun will be happy to offer a return or exchange on your merchandise as long as the items are in their original sellable condition (certain restrictions apply).
RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
Returns accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of purchase will be refunded based on the original form of payment.
Returns made after 30 days or more from the date of purchase will be credited for the price paid for the item in the form of merchandise credit or merchandise exchange. Gift receipts and exchange receipts are not considered original receipts.
Swimwear and undergarments may only be returned with the original tags attached. Pierced jewelry (earrings) may not be returned or exchanged.
PacSun reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
RETURNS WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
Items that are considered markdowns at the time of exchange will not be accepted for return or exchange without an original receipt.
Non-markdown items returned without an original receipt will either be exchanged for merchandise or credited in the form of a merchandise credit equal to the lowest selling price of the item over the previous 30-day period.
You may be asked to produce a valid form of identification with the following information when making a return without a receipt:

Go to www.PacSun.com/returns, fill in the information, and follow the instructions.
Print both pages on separate pieces of paper.
Insert the Return Authorization Slip inside your return package.
Tape the Return Shipping Label onto your package. Completely cover or remove any previous delivery label and all bar codes.
Drop off your return package at your local post office.
RESTRICTIONS:
No exchanges. Our fashion changes too quickly to keep enough stock.
Final Saleitems, such as FOG(Fear of God),Rhuigi,and Bape Sunglasses, may not be refunded and may only be returned for store credit or exchange within 10 days of original purchase of receipt. This supersedes all other PacSun return policies.

Pending
When you make a purchase with your Debit or Credit Card, the merchant sends a request to your bank to make sure the account is open and funds are available. The bank returns an authorization code allowing the merchant to collect those funds at a later date. Most banks will then place a temporary hold on those funds to allow the merchant time to collect.
These holds have an automatic expiration date of 3-5 business days, depending on bank policy.
These holds will be released during nightly processing on the expiration date, or when the transaction is presented for payment, whichever is first.

Why do you need my email address?

How do I use my points?
In store, simply provide your email address, phone number or mobile app virtual card at checkout.

When will I receive my $5 Welcome Reward?
Your welcome reward will be loaded to your account within 24 hours of joining.
How do I earn points?
How do I earn points from making purchases?
For in-store purchases, provide the email address or phone number attached to your myGSOM REWARDS account at checkout to make sure you receive credit for your purchase. You can also log into the PacSun mobile app and present your myGSOM REWARDS virtual card to the cashier to scan.
For online purchases, log in to your myGSOM REWARDS account prior to completing your purchase.
Note: You will earn 10 points for every $1 in product subtotal less any discounts applied. Shipping, gift wrap, gift card purchases and tax do not qualify for points.
I forgot to tell the cashier that I was a loyalty member. Can I still get my points?
Yes- Please contact Customer Service and have your myGSOM REWARDS account information and receipt ready.
How do I look up my points balance?
Simply log in to your myGSOM REWARDS account on PacSun.com or the PacSun mobile app. Your rewards dashboard will show you your points balance, rewards balance and account activity. Dont have an online account yet? Create one here: https://www.pacsun.com/account
I earned points, but Idon'tsee them in my account. What should I do?
Points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. If after 24 hours, your points are still not showing in your account, please contact Customer Service.
Do points expire?
Points will expire 365 days from the last account activity (earning and/or redeeming points).
Can I share my points with someone else?
Points and rewards are non-transferrable.
Will I lose my points if I return items?
Yes. Points will be deducted from your account upon the receipt of your return.
Do I earn points when buying a gift card?
No. Points cannot be earned on the purchase of a gift card; however, points can be earned when the gift card is redeemed.
Are there any restrictions on reward certificate redemption?
Reward certificates can be redeemed on any merchandise purchase equal to or greater than $5 before tax. Reward certificates expire 45 days after issuance.
How do I create an online account if I signed up in store?
You can complete your online account set-up and profile information here. Please select the Join button. The name and email you use to set up your online account should match what you provided during enrollment in store.
How do I update my profile information?
You can update your profile information by logging in to your myGSOM REWARDS account on PacSun.com or the PacSun mobile app and clicking on Account Settings.
How do I get a $5 reward certificate when I reach 1,250 points?
Youdon'tneed to do anything! Once you reach 1,250 points, your points will be redeemed and the $5 reward will be automatically loaded to your account within 24 hours. We will send you an email and/or push notification when the reward is ready for you to use.

Your $5 reward will be loaded to your account and available for you to use within 24 hours of reaching 1,250 points.
How will I know that I have a reward available?
We will send you an email and/or push notification to let you know you have a reward available - so make sure you are opted in to receive communications.

Do reward certificates expire?

Is there a limit on rewards that can be redeemed?
Yes. Up to $25 reward dollars can be redeemed within a 30-day period.
What happens if I return an item that I used a reward certificate on?
Reward certificates are one time use and will not be refunded in the case of returns.

Unfortunately, no exchanges can be made on international orders, so all returned merchandise will be refunded.
The refund will be processed at the same exchange rate that was in effect at the time that you paid for your order.Your refund will include any customs, tariffs, and taxes that you paid on your original order.
Please note that you will be charged a new U.S. Customs fee for the product to be returned to the U.S.
