Good pay i guess thats all

Thats it covers my health problems
The package gives the chance to take care of a lot issues that I could not before. I can now focus on saving for retirement.

Pactiv hires alot of contractors that end up hanging in the balance. Pactiv loses alot of good workers because we don't get great pay or company benefits such as PTO to those workers. Pactiv has great people but contract workers dont fully feel like part of the family due to this

Getting paid the right amount you should get
Better pay, performance bonuses, attendance bonuses.
The executive team makes 20-50 times average salary. Maybe distribute their bonuses to the people keeping the company running.

Annual pay increases and bonuses need to be more transparent and the percentage should be closer to actual inflation

Supervisor shows alot of favoritism towards some employees, I feel that I have to work alot harder than some employees who do the same job as I do. I always work as a team helping others with their assignments but I hardly ever get help when I need it. I need more money and I haven't received any.
