When I was Hired I had some problems with some of my co-workers and my supervisor and Ihave complained but I get no satisfaction out of the feedback. Tired of the same ole stuff.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to listen to our complaints and act on them in a timely manner and give us feed back.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The person who interviewed me for the job was polite and understanding to what I was looking for in a job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication between the leadership and the employees, being fair to all employees and finding work for its employees instead of sending you home for lack of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to have a better attitude with each other and we all need to work as a team. They need to stop gossiping about each other and stop showing favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Supervisor shows alot of favoritism towards some employees, I feel that I have to work alot harder than some employees who do the same job as I do. I always work as a team helping others with their assignments but I hardly ever get help when I need it. I need more money and I haven't received any.
