Management 101 is what should be required of every manager.

First they need a union

Treat your employees with some respect , pay employees better than what they get. For an example you have one driver on night shift that does the ntl job while the one that is really supposed to be doing it is no where to be seen

Communication and they need to stop letting new employees get bullied. As a new employee I am appalled at the way new employees are treated.

Pactiv hires alot of contractors that end up hanging in the balance. Pactiv loses alot of good workers because we don't get great pay or company benefits such as PTO to those workers. Pactiv has great people but contract workers dont fully feel like part of the family due to this

New employees are bullied because they don't work as fast as employees that have been there for a while.

Complete overhaul of company culture.

Recognize the effort of everyone instead of putting each group against each other. Planning, production, sales, finance, food service and food merchandising. Leadership needs to give direction and hire about 1000 more people to actually function properly. Treat customers better than a rented mule

Work load needs to be distributed more evenly, especially among plant management

New employees are bullied to the point they quit. And they wonder why they can't keep help.
