Bare minimum pay that you cannot live off of, more work then stated in the handbook, doing the store manager's job because they are too entitled to help clean, etc. OTHER THAN SELLING LOTION! Also, i wouldn't be surprised if they fire you the day before your notice is up! Terrible company.

Knowing their job and responsibilities. HELPING their employees. Knowing the LAWS in the state of Texas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The amount of work and disrespect. For $9/hour. $12.50/hour for an ASSISTANT MANAGER. Definitely needs a change in management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only offered to stay a couple extra weeks because they don't have any employees. Just to be used and disposed of the Day before my two weeks were up.
