What kinds of community outreach does Panduit participate in?
A lot happens quietly behind the scenes in terms of charity. Otherwise, we do a lot for the fight against cancer, and participate in local charities.
What is the hardest interview question Panduit asks?
I wouldn't know at this point. I've been here more than 5 years now.
What is the PTO policy at Panduit?
Another thing that is changing for the better year by year. It used to be that everyone started with 2 weeks of vacation and only moved up after significant time here. Now everyone starts with 3 weeks and it increases each year. There is a volunteer time off day, you get your birthday off, 10 paid holidays a year ... I'd say it's competitive with most companies.
How are the healthcare options at Panduit?
Really great benefits. HMO, HSA, PPO options. Top notch.
What kind of activities do employees at Panduit participate in outside of work?
Pretty much the same as any other company, really.
What makes you the most proud about working at Panduit?
We are innovating in ways that many Silicon Valley companies aren't and cannot. Our innovations are best-in-class with about a 1000 US patents to our name and growing.

Getting better day-by-day. A new telecommuting policy was just rolled out.

Not really sure what is offered these days, but they paid for my move when I first started.

How slow it was to change and how few people could accomplish tasks.

Lots of strange little events. Caramel apple day. Profit sharing is the most interesting.
