Bonus was not even close
Pay the industry standard for SaaS sales, not HR tech sales, if you want to be a SaaS company. Also, maybe listen to those with SaaS experience that you don't have. Stop making decisions in a vacuum of zero knowledge.
Consider the times of people outside of Isreal. Maybe spend five minutes to learn how to run a meeting or test before getting hundreds of people on the line and trying to figure it out then.
