What did you like most about the interview process?Interviewed at one of the smaller agencies.
What do you like best about your company?Working with aspiring talent
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They acquired a lot of smaller companies and now have no idea how to run a staff of this size. They should foster a collaborate atmosphere instead of the competitive one we have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The support staff is overworked under super poor management. Some working 12-13 hours a day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Again, the company is very competitive internally because everyone comes from different smaller companies. There should be more incentive for people to collaborate with each other.
