Following the leader. The CEO is setting the example, but the farther down in rank they go, the poorer the leadership style.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good overall package. All the necessary things like health insurance, disability insurance and pension saving. Only minus is no car.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued because my competences were used and valued
Employees should receive bonus based on performance
Got hired with below market salary. No choice but to join due to limited option. Did not regard my overseas experience.

I am paid for a Statement of Work. Projects vary in complexity and time commitment. The industry acknowledges that deep knowledge is necessary but they devalue the dedicated staff who care about the subject matter and who authentically love the work they do. This is not reflected in the pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is global and diverse. I have colleagues around the world that bring different perspectives and expertise and I have learned so much from them.
Good coworkers. Willing to explain things if needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team in particular has a strong sense of collaboration, and a drive to always improve. We are perceived well by leadership and other teams, and that makes me feel proud.
