What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Employees not doing their job and the main bosses not letting the assistant hire or get after people instead all they tell him is not to rock the boat the cleanliness of the store and the clutter let the assistant manager do his job cause the higher manager sure dont seem to do theirs

IT issues are a constant battle. Lack of guidance/communication from Parkland management. Need to separate Parkland Canada from Parkland USA completely.

Feeling more included with the main office. Nobody seems to care about taking care of our customers out of our main operating offices.

We are restricted with a bunch of red tape and required to perform tasks with equipment 30 years removed yet try and gain more and more customers even though we can't even handle the ones we currently have. It would be improved with better equipment and promises kept from higher ups.

There is not a clear picture of policy (Parkland's) and there are many questions with no one to answer them. Upper Corporate needs to clue everyone in on policy and procedures so we are doing things the way Parkland wants us to. It's very sad to feel you don't matter, and neither does your work.

Too many meetings, stop reporting so much on old data and just let us do our jobs.

The communication from upper management is poor. We are also not set up with the tools we need to succeed. Never an open line or very approachable in regards to raises or how to earn it

With everything that is changing, and not having the proper training to go through it all, I personally have been extremely stressed and overwhelmed. I usually can handle a challenge fairly well, but when challenges continue to pile up with no end in sight it becomes discouraging.
