What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is mostly supportive, some much more than others. I wish they were all as dedicated and hardworking as the ones who do the most work and put in the most effort.

I work for a family-owned business so the culture has negative & positive aspects.

I didn't have a formal interview because it is a family-run business

I am indifferent about it. This wouldn't have been my first choice.

What do you like best about your company?
I like that I can work from home and so I don't have to adhere to any particular dress code or hours.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I'd like to see improved support from the executive branch, better support system, easier communications between staff and executive branch.
