As stated previously, I work for a family-owned business. It has it's negative aspects as well as perks. If I had a choice, this wouldn't be my first choice for line of work, but I am trying to do the best I can and put up the negative aspects for the time being.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication & integrity. They are not generally supportive of my feelings.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am indifferent about it. This wouldn't have been my first choice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't have a formal interview because it is a family-run business
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I work for a family-owned business so the culture has negative & positive aspects.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I'd like to see improved support from the executive branch, better support system, easier communications between staff and executive branch.
What do you like best about your company?
I like that I can work from home and so I don't have to adhere to any particular dress code or hours.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is mostly supportive, some much more than others. I wish they were all as dedicated and hardworking as the ones who do the most work and put in the most effort.
