Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was initially hired for one role, but have taken responsibilities of another who wasn't performing. I enjoy these responsibilities, however I do feel that I should be compensated for the additional work I'm doing.

Although we have clear-cut roles & responsibilities, no one is "above" any task or project. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer seemingly out of the blue last month & my manager & senior teammates have pitched in to handle the big & little things to give me the space (& family time) I need.

not going to like, it's very fast-paced and there's a lot to get done - but the awesome mission makes it so worth it and actually seeing the fruits of your labor firsthand is always a great thing

Although the company's employees are varied in life & career experiences, the mission of getting creators paid is extremely unifying; in other words, you automatically have that in common with anyone you encounter, which makes working together feel both ambitious & rewarding.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It gave me the chance to talk to many people who are passionate about the company.
Meeting with passionate people was good
I was asked questions about my thought process and behavior in certain scenarios. It was insightful, and not the run of the mill interview.

I'm in an external-facing role meaning that I interact directly with the creators (our users) & get to share with them the progress that is made internally, much of the time on initiatives inspired by the creators themselves. That's super rewarding.
