The projects I get to work on are all novel, challenging, and exciting to me. I love getting things done and Patreon as a startup lets me flex my creative muscles in getting good work done efficiently.
They are on point regarding the mission, they have all hands meetings for the whole company so we are aligned on mission and objectives, and they have exec all hands meetings where anyone can ask the exec team about work-related matters.
People are relaxed but effective at getting things done. We work for artists and creators so there is an artistic vibe in the office. It's a startup so yes, we're all busy, but we have time to connect with one another. It's a really wonderful place to work.
