The knowledge and experience on my two teams has been excellent. Everyone at Patriot is caring and great to work with. Really. I've worked at places that are not that way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
May sound like a funny answer, but the fact that everyone is so positive. I've worked at gloomy companies and Patriot is not that way. Now it's not over-the-top of anything. People seem to genuinely like working here and with each other.
