I love my manager. The executive team seems to change initiatives often in the name of being agile, which is frustrating.

Patriot cares more about your character than anything. From top to bottom, the people that work here are good people. They care about the company and they care about you. You can feel this sincerity throughout every level of the company. Patriot has made me a better employee and a better person.

I've been in several different roles since I started a few years ago, and in each role I've been given the opportunity to excel. I honestly can't imagine working for a different company at this point.
