What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k matching at 6% is great. Opportunity for regular reviews and comp changes based on merit / progression in career path keeps me motivated to work hard.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Flex First work policy which allows employees to choose whether they work in the office or at home.
They really value work/life balance. We don't typically work past our 8 hours. We also have regular happy hours, team building events, and more.
