Paylocity has some work to do in the diversity piece overall. Many BIPOC as lower-level employees but not in leadership or even Project Management roles. Culture is truly candid which is great at time to let your hair down but can also come with a lot of fakeness. The company teaches CYA a LOT!

Diversity and Inclusion. The company has "minority" employees but not in leadership.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION! Emotion intelligence & sensitivity training is needed for members in all forms of leadership roles. This needs to be fast-tracked.
