The little extras. During the Covid-19 crisis, they actually added programs for health, mental awareness, back pain, and more!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity! Our company is making a conscious effort to add more minorities and female executives. The transparency from the top is amazing!!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet people on the team that I would be working with. They let me decide when to start...it wasn't rushed.
