Listening to their employee's and focus on developing are existing products then looking to expand into different products and services.
Stop taking 20-30% raises year after year but in 6 years I have never seen a cost of living increase of pay.
Review from Sales Dept
Micromanagement and workload are absolutely atrocious. Management should be ashamed.
Understanding how to architect a large corporation with multiple product teams to prevent having the same problems being solved by each teams. Also need to focus on creating a budget for re-writing/refactoring code as the product grows.
I feel my position should be paid more than what my current salary is. Its a lot of work!
The salary is quite low given the size and age of the company. Yearly raise is minor (3%) and no clear path for career progression for larger raises. RSU's take a very long time to vest, almost as long as the 15 days of PTO accrue. Holidays arepoor; expected to work the day after Thanksgiving/xmas.
Cost of living increases in pay. Also, during Covid paylocity suspended the 401k match and bonuses but the company still grew by 40% YOY. So the C-Suite all got their bonuses
Review from Sales Dept
Better pay. More opportunities to move within the company.
Improve quality in their work.
Coworkers sometimes talk too much personal when there is work to be donel
Review from Operations Dept
Paylocity hires everyone to a large pool and then distributes the team after the fact, so most hires don't meet their teammates until after being an employee. This may seem to work as people are forced to play politics, but at the core it's missing out on a ton of value by mixing the wrong people.
Stop giving so many raises to executives while lowering spending on front line workers
Review from Sales Dept
The company culture is one that embraces diversity and inclusion as well as professional growth.
Review from HR Dept
Be more transparent about the job requirements and don't make the expectation of internal advancement when you are just interviewing but already have someone in mind for the position
The implementation and service teams have been taking on more and more work with very low pay. The squeeze on these departments are likely to help the share holders feel better but clients are feeling the pain
Review from Sales Dept
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION! Emotion intelligence & sensitivity training is needed for members in all forms of leadership roles. This needs to be fast-tracked.
Review from Operations Dept
Diversity and Inclusion. The company has "minority" employees but not in leadership.
