What did you like most about the interview process?I was interviewed by the BM who was great-learned so much from him and he made Peak a major player in the Theme Park industry but not anymore since they fired him
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Turn over the upper management
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Turn over tge management and bring in talent who knows staffing-the blind leading the blind
