The most positive thing is that everyone wants to do the right thing and if they don't know what the right thing to do is, they ask.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super diverse and they always bring the best versions of themselves everyday! We trust each other and everyone is willing to jump in and help whenever needed. They inspire me on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team always seeking feedback from the managers and employees and applying that feedback to improving employee experience. As we grow, the leadership team is invested in doing the next right to bring the organization together and heading in the same direction successfully.
