accessibility. It's not taboo to talk to them like regular people

there's no turf. Everyone works the problem and is willing to help

They support you when you need them and leave you alone when you don't. They expect and allow you to own your workload.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are always willing to help. The "turf" concept doesn't exist. I've never heard the phrase "not my job" or "not my area". It's always, "how can I help".
