What are some of the best things about your team?

We laugh, and we can solve most problems presented.

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving problems and helping others.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is that problems are always approached with a solution mindset, we work to answer "How do we solve it?" not "Who's fault is this?"

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The balance between goals for the company and looking at me as a person, it does not feel like I am simply a cog in a machine.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There was a clause I was unaware of when signing on, no raises for 6 months, and unfortunately, this kept me from receiving an increase during the review period. I've been in talks with my manager though, and it's getting sorted.
