We work collaboratively and share ideas and thoughts freely. I love that we enjoy coming to work because of the teamwork and positive environment.

Partnering with both my team and working with others from across different divisions. It feels as if we're true business partners who strive to do the right thing and make solid decisions together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I actually like working with my own manager on the leadership team the most. I also appreciate that leadership recently seems more willing to hear a broader spectrum of opinions about subjects that had previously been closed to discussion.
