Being recognized for all the hard work that I have done day in and day out to make this company successful. And the continued success of the company because of what me and my team have done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They believe in their people and strive to "take care of us" whenever they can. I started when the company was small and have been through the extreme growth they have been through. Adaptation through the growth has been fun to watch - through the good times and the challenges.
