They are very smart and easygoing. I like to work with them and hang out socially too. Leadership is really approachable.

It is very entrepreneurial. I have a lot of leeway and can engage with my co-workers as thought partners. I like that people have informed opinions without having big egos.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to solve challenging problems for our customers and be a thought partner to them. We support critical infrastructure that does important stuff in the world and Pearce plays a part in making it run better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is really approachable and focused on ways to do things better as thought partners. I know I am expected to have and defend a point of view that will be challenged in a constructive way. This pushes me and helps get the company (and me) to the best outcomes.
