They are open to discussions, even the difficult ones, and are very supportive of each other.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like how they are open to discuss issues with anyone, from the field workers to office workers and management of all levels.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel that it is completely understood by the Executive team what I bring to the table and therefore, fair pay is not being received.
