I have been with this company for 5.5 years, back when it was much smaller and have had the opportunity to watch it grow exponentially. The momentum of growth personally as well as company-wide has been fun to watch!

When I complete a task and am able to cross it off my list!

The flexibility and availability of key people within the organization to answer questions and bounce ideas with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They collaborate on a weekly basis to maintain a momentum that is paramount in a corporate structure's growth potential.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since I am now part-time and not full-time, I can speak to the fairness of my wages, but not to any other benefits as I am now not eligible for same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I use the word "team" loosely because I'm a one-man-band, but the people I work with closely make me feel valued and worthy and that my skill set and opinion matters and is given consideration.
