What makes you most happy at work?

Problem solving, critical thinking, being analytical.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Annual bonus? I'm not sure how to answer this question.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I think the Engineering team is very creative and wants to do things the most efficient and technically savvy way possible. Sometimes this may mean that people stray away from a standard set in place which isn't great, but people are always thinking and innovating.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think there is a relatively high level of transparency on how the company is doing and which divisions are excelling and which are falling behind. That being said, I know I receive that information from my Manager but I'm not sure that is widely spread very well across the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I cannot speak for the company, only the Engineering Service Line but Michael Wolf fosters is autonomy and ownership. If there is a an issue, it can remain and issue if it has been identified and there is a plan to fix it. Problems are okay, but not knowing you have is not okay.
