The people! We all care about what we are trying to achieve. Even though sometimes the pace can be overwhelming
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was given a COLA increase which I am greatful for, however I took a pay cut with our new benifits even after the raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication and character. Not to say they are all charcters...lol However they all have the deaire to make the company better with what they do.
