What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding the work they ask us to do, they have no realistic expectation of timeframes or of education level required to complete certain tasks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no perks? Inflation is up 10% and no cost of living adjustment has been approved. Others are paid the same to do far less work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It would be nice to have trained employees. No one is actually trained, there is a library with documents to go through..... and no training class to walk you through that. No leadership.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A dedicated training team for new hires - not just asking the manager to train them as we go along. You're asking managers to be trainer and manager, only paying for 1 though.
