What do you like best about the leadership team?
I value the positive and optimistic tone of my leadership the most. When you are feeling pressure from a particular project or customer, Pearce has leadership that focus their tone on being positive and optimistic, while simultaneously helping solve the issue and sharing knowledge with their teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive attribute of our company culture is the genuine feeling of inclusivity of all managers and divisions in the company's direction. The yearly meeting in Paso and the new manager talks are examples of this inclusivity. I feel this directly results in the growth of company positivity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness to help each other and share resources of all kinds. No matter what challenge I encounter, I feel confident that my team has the talent and experience to either brainstorm a new solution or use an already proven solution a member learned from past experiences and is willing to share.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing what my company's goals are as well as my own goals and having the tools and team mates to achieve these goals. The feeling of achieving and crossing that goal off the perpetual "to do" list of life is what I look forward too and is the most important part of what makes me happy at work.
