I am still here with a smile most days. We need to do better with our employees in the field we are a man power company and our techs make Pearce. The idea that Pearce Services is corporate and the renewables team has to comply with what they say is leaving the wrong impression. #oneteam

Building the company to sale it again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working and they actually care about the people they who work hard for them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, core values (we have none), be about the people. Practice what we preach, stop stepping over a dollar to save dime.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We no longer have a culture that was lost when Pearce acquired REIG. Positive, is the people that we work hard to make us successful. Everyone here is hard working and finds a way to support and win.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance is expensive and the coverage is horrible. No cost of living increases for most of us in management roles. Offer shares VS cost of living increases, the company is only concerned with making money even it means taking from the employees.
