They view a employee as a person that is part of the team instead of only seeing a Employee ID #.

I enjoy working with the team at Pearce. It is very satisfying when you have the opportunity to work with a professional and successful team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay is competitive to the Market. No issues there. The Insurance is very expensive compared to the little coverage received. The insurance is the worst I have had in my career.
