What are some of the best things about your team?
Its a family. the team is fair and supportive, looks out for others and its truly a team effort to get our tasks completed. I enjoy coming to work each day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, But I would like an increase in pay as I feel I have earned it and will continue to learn and grow and become more valuable to the company.
