I honestly feel that I babysit a bunch of guys that cant figure out simple tasks, while they make double what I make.

I love working from home. It makes the balance easy to manage. I can make sure I get my stuff done even if I have doctor appointment all day,
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is pretty divided. There is the team I enjoy working with and the ones I do not. The ones I do, we have the same goals and the drive to achieve said goals. We work well together to make our goals happen
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate that he cares about my goals with the company as well as my home goals. He acknowledges that I have a wedding comping up and allows me to work around that. He also cares when I have a concern about the project and takes what I have into consideration. I feel heard by him
