Unlimited PTO policy is definitely the best part.

Work remotely, sabbaticals, unlimited PTO, and professional devleopment budgets.

Competitive pay and attractive benefits

Annual bonus, unlimited PTO, affordable medical insurance that includes vision and dental, work from anywhere.

I think it's comprehensive and unique.

compensation plus benefits and stocks

Unlimited PTO, Health Insurance, Annual Professional Development Budget

Fair salary and right benefits

Flexible work hours., Bonuses, Paid time off, Medical insurance.

Supplemental health benefits - absolutely vital in the country where I live.

I would say it's unlimited PTO and the ability to work from anywhere.

They make sure they provide you the best equipment and allowance to set up your office so you can work comfortably at home.

Review from Operations Dept

our yearly allowance for personal development

It is fair and appreciate the bonus

competitive salary, good benefits, sabbatical

Work from everywhere, which is very encouraged by the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's a total mystery. The company's employees are their last concern.

Don't know that I feel undervalued; however, we have rapidly grown as a company so I'd like to see them leverage that as much as possible to get better insurance (at least in the US). Would also like them to actually provide real equity instead of "phantom" equity.
