My team works hard and is results-focused, but they also know how to have fun and they're great at lifting you up when the day has been tough.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In general, leadership does a great job of motivating through positivity and incentives. They push you, but they also seem to be open to feedback on how things can be done better. My manager specifically has always had my back and always offers friendly and helpful support.
