What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem incredibly receptive to input from the engineering teams and structures are being put in place to reinforce that, such that our needs as developers are met as much as product, operations, and other departments.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a very competitive salary, but my favorite are the benefits: unlimited PTO, the ability to work from anywhere, and the stipend options for travel! I love working somewhere where travel is encouraged

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't know that I feel undervalued; however, we have rapidly grown as a company so I'd like to see them leverage that as much as possible to get better insurance (at least in the US). Would also like them to actually provide real equity instead of "phantom" equity.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very smart and hard-working, just the type of people I like to be surrounded by! I love how collaborative we are and how clearly our goals are defined.
