What does the ideal candidate in the Sales department look like at Peerfit?
Lots of positive energy with an engaging, genuine personality. Be able to think on their feet and bring their passion for wellness to the forefront with clients.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Sales department at Peerfit?
'How weird are you?' and that is meant in a very endearing way. Essentially, it is important that in the sales role you're comfortable with being yourself and knowing who you are so that a prospect can connect with you on a deeper level.
What's the best part of your job at Peerfit?
Working with a fantastic team, building something from the ground up, great feedback and interest from clients, and no large insurance company bureacracy

What's the vibe like in the Executive dept at Peerfit? How many hours are you working?
Positive vibe, everyone is excited about our future. Depends on the week, but anywhere from 30-60 hours a week.

Experienced and collaborative
How do I do well in an interview at Peerfit?
Be yourself and research what we do and who our competition is.
How would you compare interviewing at Peerfit to other places you've interviewed?
Very thorough, but not necessarily tough. Just very protective of the culture and want to make sure the team continues to be cohesive as getting bigger.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Peerfit?
Met with four of the other Exec team members. They all flew into town and we met before going to dinner and included my wife. Heard back the next day.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Peerfit?
Nothing really stood out as "tough". But I had already been an advisor for almost a year so knew most of the people and the business.
What should I wear for an interview at Peerfit?
depends on the role, but, generally, slacks with sportcoat and no tie
What Executive department questions did Peerfit ask during your job interview?
Wanting to ensure that I was comfortable working remotely, that I would be comfortable in a smaller, faster moving environment than I had come from.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Peerfit asks?
Tell us about your last employer. What was the culture like? How did you fit or not fit into that environment?
How flexible is your work schedule at Peerfit?
Extremely flexible. Everyone works remotely and can work from anywhere they need.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Executive department at Peerfit?
In addition to looking for references, Peerfit prefers to bring Executives on in an advisory-type role first. That way it ensures that everyone gets to know them first and ensures it's a good cultural fit.
What does the ideal candidate in the Executive department look like at Peerfit?
Good amount of outside experience. Whether it's in Wellness, Distribution, Marketing, or Insurance there is a high value on bringing in broad experiences and innovative approaches.
What's your favourite thing about the Marketing department at Peerfit
Our marketing is a small 5 person team that operates like full size department. Efficient, flexible and creative, we work closely together to help support the other departments while keeping up with the Peerfit brand in our community.
