Cross section between highly experienced individuals from the old world industries of finance and real estate with the new world of technology. I learn something new every day with this group of people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
High energy, smart people that are all driven. We spend a lot of time here but we also enjoy working with each other and time flies. The work is extremely interesting as we build something new. Not only have I grown professionally, but I have grown personally as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, its the people and the mission. Not a day goes by that I don't learn, but we are also all focused on building something new that will not only transform this industry, but it will make the industry better. All people, from the borrower to the lender in a transaction should see value added.
