I have been in the work force for a really long time and this is by far the best company I have worked for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The founders have worked hard to establish a culture of fun, respect, hard work, and collaboration. People feel like they matter and are part of a team that is doing great things!
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that we are upending the mortgage industry and creating a platform that provides accredited investors transparency and access to high yielding investments. We are doing a really good thing here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was given options so feel I have a stake in the success of the company but I am also paid a fair salary and potential performance bonus. It's a great comp plan.
What are some of the best things about your team?
PeerStreet tries to hire the best and the brightest. Everyone who works here wants to be here and it is reflected in the quality of their output. There is a work hard/play hard culture and even though we are all working incredibly hard, we celebrate our successes which makes it really fun.
