HR descriminates and harrasses employees when things dont go their way. They over step on their job boundaries as human resourse. Alot of bad experiences with director of HR.

Communication, pay transparency, training, retainment, raises for work, understanding of their business processes, literally anything you can think of they need immense improvement on.
Capitalism at its worst. No concern for the home owners, just making sure the clients are happy so they can paid.
It’s the most awful place to work. It’s gross how they try to seem friendly when in reality management is the most under qualified group of bafoons that only care about kissing the crazy CEO JoAnns feet. JoAnn will fire anyone at anytime because they didn’t compliment her 20k shoes. Unlivable
