What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its good, but HR over steps and seems to run the show.
Extremely supportive and helpful. All execs, even the ceo have their doors wide open should you need them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, pay transparency, training, retainment, raises for work, understanding of their business processes, literally anything you can think of they need immense improvement on.
Everything aspect of thier current existence.
Do some other job besides screwing over homeowners and treating your employees like mangy dogs.
Horrible company. Shady practices. Managers that berate their employees. No benefits. 0 sick days. Low pay. High turnover rate
Transparency and not taking feedback or disagreeing with an employee so personally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under paid, overworked, terrible if not non existsnt managerial skills, and the owner/CEO is... unstable to say the least.
We informed the owner but they do not care.
I think that if the work expected of me was more reasonable for a ~45 hour week I would feel that I was compensated accurately.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication within team, which is better some days.
Personable and genuinely care about you not only as a teammate but a person as well
Them! We hire our team not recruiting so we have a lot of control over the culture.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyones miserable because of the terrible company they work for, so i cant blame my coworkers
Pay them a living wage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to start from scratch.
Fire all management especially the CEO JoAnn and rebuild the company from scratch with actual ethics and sanity.
it is useless. They will not change.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Brief them on the toxic nature of the company.
The interview is just to see if you able to be another scapegoat for management.
They are willing to hire anybody since they are desperate to find people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
By finding another job at a company that treats its employees with respect.
New initiatives are not fully thought out and then when the roll out occurs there are obvious holes and it looks bad to both internal and external customers. There is also more work than any one person can do for one role without immediate plans to solve or a willingness to hire a second person.
