Under paid, overworked, terrible if not non existsnt managerial skills, and the owner/CEO is... unstable to say the least.
We informed the owner but they do not care.
I think that if the work expected of me was more reasonable for a ~45 hour week I would feel that I was compensated accurately.

Fire all management especially the CEO JoAnn and rebuild the company from scratch with actual ethics and sanity.

The interview is just to see if you able to be another scapegoat for management.
They are willing to hire anybody since they are desperate to find people.

By finding another job at a company that treats its employees with respect.
New initiatives are not fully thought out and then when the roll out occurs there are obvious holes and it looks bad to both internal and external customers. There is also more work than any one person can do for one role without immediate plans to solve or a willingness to hire a second person.
