What did you like most about the interview process?
There was no AI chat in the interveiw and only 2-3 steps. The screening was just looking for someone capable and a culture fit. The interviews were not technical at all.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Brief them on the toxic nature of the company.
The interview is just to see if you able to be another scapegoat for management.
They are willing to hire anybody since they are desperate to find people.
